What is life?
What is More?
What is Abundantly?
Is it…
- A bigger house…four bedrooms or a pool or a total remodel?
- Is it a car, new car, better car?
- Is it endless travel, vacations, seeing the world?
- Did He die so that we could have bigger bank accounts?
- Was He crucified for the American dream?
- Was He crucified for the endless array of gadgets that we crave in this country?
- Did He die for democracy, popularity, fame power?
- Did He defeat the devil for the Olympics, the NBA, NFL, NHL, NASCAR, PGA, WNBA?
- Was He crucified for stained glass or fine pews?
- Did He shed His blood for church programs?
- Did He leave heaven so that we could have Denominations, organizations, segregation,
WHAT IS ABUNDANT LIFE????
What did He die for?
What was His precious blood shed for?
Abundant life is what we could never get on our own!
It is the things money can’t buy!
It is the things that are not given by man!
It is what the richest of the rich cannot afford!
It is what the strongest of the strong can’t take!
It is what the wisest of the wise can’t counsel!
It is what the smartest of the smart can’t figure out!
It is what the gifted can’t perform!
He paid a debt He did not owe!
I owed a debt I could not pay!
What is within the reach of some is out of reach for others!
- Deliverance was out of reach for the Gaderian demoniac.
- Healing was out of reach for the Woman with the issue of blood.
- Walking was out of reach for the cripple!
- Seeing was out of reach for the blind man!
- Hearing was out of reach for the deaf and dumb!
- Life was out of reach for the man’s daughter and the family of Lazarus.
- Cleansing was out of reach for the lepers!
- Heaven was out of reach for me!
- Forgiveness was out of reach for me!
- Mercy and Grace were out of reach for me!!
- Love and adoption was out of reach for me!!
Those things like….
- Forgiveness
- Peace
- Hope
- Faith
- Strength
- Love
- Heaven
- Health
- Acceptance
- Holiness
- Inheritance
- He has bridged the gap I could never have gotten over!
- He made a way where there was no way!
